Utilities
The RR utilities provide you with the capability of performing the
following actions:
1- Delete all names from your database
This function will delete all names from your database as long as no
selections have yet been made. This action can be used to start
from scratch and rebuild your database using the Build Your
Database function.
2- Reset display order
This function will assign new displayorder values to all members in
your database, in order of last name. It will ensure that all names will display in alphabetical order. You can use the
Update Display Order function to place special names at the top of the display order.
3- Selection Analysis
This function will display a detailed analysis for each member, indicating which members have been selected by this member and which
other members this member has been selected by.
4- Display Selection List for Printing
This function will allow you to print a member-selection list for
distribution to members via regular mail or handout. It can be provided to members who do not have internet access, so that they can
make their selections the pre-internet way, via pen and paper. Once they forward you their selections, you can login with their ids and
update the online selection lists for such members.
