Send member ids and
passwords via e-mail: Select Yes to indicate that e-mail
notifications should be sent to members when usernames/passwords
are assigned, else select No; use the Customize E-mail template function
to create the contents of the e-mail the member will receive when his
username/password are assigned.
Use HTML format for
e-mail: Select Yes to send your notification e-mails in
HTML format (recommended), which will allow clickable links and images to
appear in the e-mails. Select No to send the e-mail in plain text format, without clickable links.
Display numbers on
selection list: Select Yes to indicate that a sequential
number should appear next to each member's name on the selection
window, else select No
Allow
Reciprocal: select Yes to indicate that members will have
the option of selecting Reciprocal giving, else select No. Reciprocal giving
operates as follows: Member A selected member B on the selection window;
however, member B did not select member A, but member
B did select the Reciprocation option; when the administrator runs
the Perform Reciprocation function after all selections have been completed and the Round Robin is closed, the system will
automatically update member B's selections to include member A.
Allow member to change
their password: Select Yes to indicate that members will
have the option of changing their own passwords, else No. If you set this value to Yes, be aware that
you may, as administrator, get inquiries from members who have changed their passwords but have forgotten them.
You as administrator can view all member ids and their passwords.
Create passwords as
phrases: Select Yes to indicate that passwords will be
created as 2-word phrases; select No to indicate that passwords
will be created as random 6-character strings. Passwords as phrases may be easier for your members to recall.
Names as First
Last: Select Yes to indicate that member names are to
display as firstname lastname or No to display member names as lastname,
firstname
Timeout Mode: Select No Timeout
if you don't want a member to time out, no matter how long the
member is logged in;
select Timeout Since Login if you want a member to timeout
if he is logged in longer than your set number of Timeout
minutes;
select Timeout Since Last Action if you want a member to
timeout if he has not performed an action in the amount of time
longer than your set number of Timeout minutes;
the next box is where you enter the number of minutes before
timeout.
Having a timeout limit is a good security feature; for example, if
a member logs in on a PC that others can access, and he forgets to
logout of a session, if there is no timeout limit, the next person
using the PC could access the previous member's session.
Show charges on selection window:
Select Yes to have the member's current charges displayed on
his selection window, else select No.
Date of End of Round Robin: Select the month,
date, and year that your round robin will end - that date will be
the last date that users can make or change their selections. Users
can continue to log in to view their selections after that
date but they cannot modify their selections.

2012.
How to Say: This is how you would like to refer to your
Round Robin, such as Round Robin or Mishloach Manot, or any other
text that you would like to use. This text becomes the value for
symbolic &ewhowtosay.
Suffix to Names: In this field, you can specify a character string
that will be added to the end of member names when they appear in selection listings and scrolls;
for example, you can make this value "and
family", so that a first name of "Dexter & Debra" and a last name
of "Morgan" which would otherwise display as "Dexter and Debra Morgan" will then
display as:
"Dexter and Debra Morgan and family"

organization as you would like it to appear on the online Round Robin web pages and in
documents that are to be printed, such as scrolls and statements. This becomes the value for
symbolic &ewinstit.

you would like to provide as a contact e-mail address. This becomes
the return e-mail address for e-mails that are sent out. Members might use this e-mail address to
contact you for questions and assistance.

as the Administrator's name and becomes the value for symbolic
&ewadmin.
