Once all your member names have been added to the database (see Build Your Database) and your e-mail
template has been updated to meet your requirements (see Customize Your E-mail Template), you can click
this function to have your notification e-mails sent to all your members.
This notification e-mail will inform them of their new ids and passwords and how
to access the Online Round Robin.
The format of the e-mail is set
by your administrator using the Customize E-Mail Template
function.
